Oak Creek Welcomes Two New Businesses to Drexel Town Square Main Street

Oak Creek, Wisconsin:  The Oak Creek community welcomes two new businesses to its Drexel Town Square. Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa and YogaSix will build out space in the Forge & Flare building on Main Street and be open to the public early in the new year.

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is slated to open at 7945 S. Main Street the first week of February. Offering advanced skincare services and high-quality professional massage and spa services, Hand & Stone Oak Creek will provide guests with the newest technologies at the forefront of the wellness market to enhance each guest’s overall experience.

YogaSix, a boutique fitness yoga brand founded in 2012, offers a full-sensory and modern perspective on one of the world's oldest fitness practices in a way that is accessible to all levels, empowering, and fun. YogaSix Oak Creek, located at 7966 S. Main Street, is the brand’s second location in Wisconsin and is expected to open in late winter.

The investments made in our community’s future, in creating our postcard downtown, was a turning point for Oak Creek. Our future could not be brighter, and small businesses are critical to that continued success.”

About Drexel Town Square:

Drexel Town Square is the result of a public-private partnership between WE Energies’ development arm, Wispark, and the City of Oak Creek. The development tract, approximately 80 acres in total, was comprised mainly of the former AC Delco/Delphi campus and bordered by Howell Avenue (east), Drexel (north), and Forest Hill (south). The project represented a first-of-its-kind downtown for the City of Oak Creek and features a complimentary mix of large and small retailers, daily convenience services, a diverse residential portfolio, and also civic uses, with a City Hall and Library complex opened to the public in 2015. The “town square” continues to bring outside visitors and community members together through special events and gatherings, including a seasonal Saturday Farmers Market that continues to grow in popularity each year.
