Construction will begin on the 13th Street bridge structure starting on Wednesday, May 29th, 2019. Traffic control drums will be placed a day prior and will shift all traffic onto the West side of the bridge. One lane of traffic in each direction will be maintained. At this time, traffic will only be shifted while crossing the bridge. The full lane shift on 13th Street take place in June.

As always, bi-directional traffic will always be maintained along 13th Street as well as access to all businesses.
