In a strategic move to enhance customer service and improve efficiency, the Oak Creek Water & Sewer Utility will centralize its billing operations with a move to City Hall, 8040 S. 6th Street. Effective August 26, 2024, residents will make utility bill payments directly at City Hall, either in person or through the designated drop box.
The Utility’s front office and drop box at 170 W. Drexel Avenue, will be permanently closed effective August 26, 2024. Residents are advised to note this change and plan accordingly to ensure their utility payments are made in a timely manner. Residents are encouraged to set up automatic payments as an alternative to paying in person.
