Voters may request absentee ballots until Thursday, April 2.
Voters identifying as indefinitely confined have until Friday, April 3.
Under current law, ballots MUST be received by 8:00 p.m. on Election Day to be counted.
If you request a ballot at the last minute, it may not reach the City Clerk BY MAIL in time. The City Clerk wants to ensure that every person that is voting absentee has the opportunity to have their ballot counted in the election.
What you need to do:
If you haven’t already done so, request your absentee ballot online by visiting MyVote Wisconsin. If you have not already provided the Clerk’s Office with a photo ID, one may be required. (A quick photo of your drivers license with a smartphone works great!)
