City Hall Transaction Counter to Reopen

Customer Service Desk will be open Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. beginning Monday, February 1.

The City Hall Customer Service counter will reopen for regular hours (Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.) on February 1, 2021.

Visitors to the City Hall transaction counter can expect the same safety precautions that were in place prior to the December 9 closure.

We still encourage you to conduct as much business as possible online at the City of Oak Creek website, our Citizens’ Request for Action application , and through telephone inquiries. The City Hall general number is (414) 766-7000.

The City’s website lists many ways that our departments are currently providing service to the public. If you require an in-person visit to a City building, we suggest making appointments with the appropriate department before visiting. You may find that you can get your business completed without having to visit.
