Individuals, organizations or agencies using Oak Creek parkland or street right-of-ways for public events must receive approval from the City of Oak Creek. 

Special Event Permit applications are available below or at City Hall, 8040 South 6th Street, at the reception counter from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except for other designated closures or City holidays. Applications are accepted when submitted with all supporting documentation and the $35 application processing fee payable to the City of Oak Creek. Applicants may be responsible for securing additional inspections and/or City permits, such as but not limited to City of Oak Creek Facility Rentals and licenses for Brewery Secondary Retail Location, Temporary Class B (picnic) beer/wine, or Temporary Operator (bartender), where required.

The guidelines, while not an exhaustive listing, are intended to help persons and entities considering submitting a special event permit application in the City of Oak Creek, consistent with Section 7.160 et seq. of the Municipal Code and other applicable regulations. Questions regarding Special Event Permit applications should be directed to the City Clerk at City Hall, 8040 South 6th Street, Oak Creek, Wisconsin 53154.
