This class meets weekly for 7 weeks, 2 hours each week, and is offered at no cost to you! You will hear from experts such as a pharmacist, physical therapist, police department representative, vision expert, and more. By the end of the class, you will feel more confident, gain new insight into preventing falls, and even meet a few friends!
