2.  Pick a park to explore, play, and enjoy the outdoors.

3.  Visit different parks and answer the question about the park on your passport.

4.  See how many parks your family can check off the list this summer!

5.  Answer nine questions to complete your passport and return it to the Oak Creek Health Department (8040 S. 6th Street) to receive a prize and be entered into a raffle.
