2025 Property Tax Bills were mailed out on December 11, 2025.

All outstanding 2024 Real Estate Property Tax Bills have been turned over to Milwaukee County for collection as of August 1, 2025.

If you are mailing your property tax payment, please note that effective Wednesday, December 24, 2025, the USPS will begin applying postmarks at regional sorting centers instead of local offices, which may delay the official postmark date. Be sure to submit mail payments earlier than usual to avoid any delays.

NOTE: Personal Property tax in Wisconsin has been repealed as of January 1, 2024. No further bills for personal property tax will be created.
